What specific skills or knowledge will I gain from your programs?
You will gain knowledge on bird identification, how to properly handle firearms and you'll also learn how to ethically hunt. Whether it's as an individual or a family!
What types of mentorship programs do you offer?
I currently only offer the Mentored Waterfowl Hunting Program, but more may be in the making.
How is your program different from other hunting courses?
This program is different than other programs because it's a 2 day course. We provide a meal, snacks and beverages along with actual hunting experience after you complete your classroom and field training.
What can I expect after completing the program?
After completing the program, you will have the basics of waterfowl hunting and will be able to go out with other hunters and understand what is happening on the field or marsh.
Can beginners participate in the waterfowl program?
Everyone is welcome to participate. The only requirements are you will need to have a valid hunters saftey, be a minimum of 12 years old and there's a $50 fee for the program.
Do you provide equipment for the mentorship program?
We provide everything that you will need from the classroom to the field, to the harvesting of the birds.
What is the duration of the waterfowl hunting mentorship program?
The duration of the program is 2 days, there's an afternoon classroom and field prep. Then the next day is a morning hunt!
